When you message FoodWale on WhatsApp, we receive the content of that conversation, including your WhatsApp number and messages, in order to process orders or enquiries.

We process order details such as items ordered, restaurant selected, order status and time, to facilitate and coordinate your order with the relevant Restaurant Partner.

6. Payment Information

FoodWale does not collect customer payment details, as customers pay Restaurant Partners directly. Restaurant Partner billing information (for the approximate ₹20 per-order platform fee) is collected separately for monthly invoicing.
